I spoke with Brunie, with Emilia, gone with both to the culverts and their NPCs, when the door asks me for the key don't give me the quest to collect the materials to bring Brunie for make that key. I have months with this problem, but in this point am blocked in that scenario.

From Rebo to Zeia through the culverts ask me for a key and I can't pass. From Zeia to Rebo through the culverts I can cross that door

I think this is the problem: I arrived to Zeia not for the culverts, I saw Zeia unlocked and I went there and got all quests available, and now I don't know what to do :-S
