So... I accidentally deleted something important (not quest item) in the item deletion anvil. Would it be possible to get it back in some way or am I SoL?

With this run and my most recent, the Tempest cutscene always leads to this happening, you can't move except with the map (so it's able to be finished) and unless the 2nd cutscene appears, you can't click on the chest (once that cutscene ends, the black screen returns). Maybe something with the...
