I would love some over-the-top customization. Everyone is using the same characters out of thousands of available characters. This is honestly boring. Would be nice to see some Juliana around and old characters back in the game.

There is an option in-game in the upper menu, it's called Community if I'm not mistaken.

I'd do the same. My opinion is, I don't think GMs should interfere with players, it breaks political interactions... unless it's breaking rules x)
