[ACCEPTED] Armonia En Celar - HM Experience Cards

Like in Sedecram, would it be good an upgrade in En Celar to receive HM, or at least M, experience cards (GM is too much to ask and it will be to quick to farm since the respawn is a lot faster than in Sedecram)?
