i believe this nerf on rkess would be sufficient enough but it is a down port which many people doesn't like it without the buff coming.

ide ignoring block and evasion is what make block/eva based char useless as a counter.

Exactly that is 1 of the major problems with R.Caisee. His Ide and Ide gain from his stance/buff is a bit on the strongside meaning that in certain cases even if lets say a melee char has the cap on Eva/Blc he just penetrates through it like it never existed. Where as if we want to compare with MCC that people say is op aswell she stands no chance vs chars with eva/block

mcc ignore eva with skill and shoot chars ignor eva like default

Interesting, so if we get this updt then kess will be dead for pvp and all ile users. And this official. Dont have anything agaist it but also add all other nerf for balance with this. It just little piece of big changes if take only this little piece then rebalance not so good

heck give us the heavy armor buff lol. reduce ignore def effect by 50%. some dont want to nerf rk and buff other chars that would be one way to help with that. although using heavy armor already basically counters rkess. this would be nice but i bet would end up too strong for now lol

i think maybe ignore block effect being reduced is fine but entirely deleted is a little bit much lol. would make msot characters invulnerable to rkess basically. can still block his attacks now but have to have high block. some chars have that like ania and atp. maybe half effect for ignroe block/eva would be good. ignore 1 block/eva for every 1 IDE instead of 2 block/eva like now. rk damage doesnt need reduced. just wait til every1 has valeron armor to fight against valeron weapons. the damage prolly wont be a huge problem unless some1 breaks the items to get a +9 LCR. then they would have earned the ability to 1 shot with that lol

Since there will be a rebalance at v32, leave as it is until version 32 arrived.
I doubt there`ll be direct version updates for AGE.
Do not forget- it`s a private server. The more time will pass- the more difference there`ll be between IMC servers and AGE.

that has a nerf for resistance kess but not chungha i think. she needs a pvp damage reduction more then RK i think. kinda tired of getting people that just invuln chungha and 1 shot your team lol. have to use cadet leo or something to remove invuln. or teams where you kill 2 chars and get chungha down to 10% hp. then she 1 shots all 3 chars from full hp.

I have read trough all 6 pages of the discussion four times now. Also the topic rested quite a while since it was brought up.
Also watched some Colony Wars, Clique Battle and World PVP matches with an invisible GM account.

I stand with my initial point that changes are only required for PVP, PVE remains unchanged.
In terms of PVP the actual issue is with World PVP. Open World PVP has bigger maps/more players, it is just a different dynamics and there is more possibilities to counterplay.

As a result follow changes will happen, only to World PVP.
  • Character "Chungha" (Changes only apply to World PVP!)
    • Stance "Hell, Brutality" - Skill Attack Multiplier (Percentage) has been decreased by 30%.
    • Stance "Hell, Flash" - Skill Attack Multiplier (Percentage) has been decreased by 40%.
    • Stance "Hell, Ghost" - Skill Attack Multiplier (Percentage) has been decreased by 50%.
  • Character "Resistance Caisse" (Changes only apply to World PVP!)
    • Stance "Gun-Maestro" - Skill Attack Multiplier (Percentage) has been decreased by 20%.
These changes won't resolve the issues with those characters completly. This is just a band-aid to ease the pain.
Backporting difficult technical changes from higher versions is not in our interest. Everything backported so far was easy, we evaded the difficult changes on purpose.

Regarding Resistance Caisse I can only suggest players to give Resistance Heiran a try since her shooting evasion ability works properly here.
We backported that fix from kGE, on euGE and seaGE she was/is not working properly.

Overall the balance situation of the game for both PVE and PVP will improve greatly with V32.
Version 32 does also have its issues but they are far smaller than what we currently face. So there is a silver lining for all players.

If u could port the KGE shooting nerf it would help already, that way block characters can actually block rene caisse again.

I guess delete ide ignoring block from all shoot too big changes to put it without other balance changes. This is work not only for kess, dont forget. All balance changes should come with 32 version. So just keep patience.
