I have taken a second look at the suggested events and wanted to give some commentary about it.
- additional roulette multiplier (x2/x3)
Answer: We won't have such an event because there is the risk of client crashes, missing rewards and unclickable treasure boxes.
Furthermore I believe the default rewards are good enough already. This event type only exists on official servers because official roulette is a joke.
- 1 vis roulette
Answer: We will have this event regulary, next event week will be announced today.
- rotating character token buff applied on all rnpc's
Answer: I haven't found such an event on the game files so far and making a customized solution is probably not worth the effort.
Very unlikely to have this feature.
- rank raid ap cost reduction (x0.5)
Answer: We won't have such an event since Karin's Vital Potion are very accessible here.
This event type only exists on official servers because the item is very rare and many missions are not even worth the activity points.
- rank raid token drop buff (x2) (i think our servers base token drops are buffed already?)
Answer: We won't have such an event since Home Premium Service (Expert) and Pioneer Premium are easily available.
Furthermore the base drop amount of Tokens is increased permanently.
- Violet's Hammer event (http://www.granado-espada.eu/Mini/Event/201912-VioletsWeaponShop/)
Answer: We will have this event in the future, I will work on it in the coming weeks.
- Grabber Pet Enhancement Event
Answer: Events that rely arround the AFK-mechanic of the game are a huge economical problem.
It almost calls for players breaking community rules about multiple accounts and multiclienting.
Personal comment: My plan is to provide seasonal events to players (Summer, Autumn, Halloween, Winter, Christmas, Easter).
Many newer official events are nothing but a cover up of bad official mechanics. Best examples would be events that reward players with equipment.
Such events only exist on official servers because the access to proper equipment is either time-gated or behind a paywall.
