Hey, I'm someone that spends a bit on the game, partly to catch up quicker (3 months behind) and to support the servers.

Everything in the Andromida boxes is useful, but the only thing that confuses me is the inclusion of the Divine Weapon and Accessory boxes. Why are they in there?

From the Server Features & Customizations thread:

We won't offer equipment as a reward from these boxes, there are also no plans to do this in the future.
That makes sense, and I understand that recipes are not the same thing as equipment themselves but considering how easy it is to gear in this server, why include inferior equipment recipes in these boxes? They are random too, so it just doesn't feel good to get these. Even if you get them, you can't choose what recipe you want. No one buys them. We get a set of Evil Accessories for free just for leveling up and better 34 AR weapons are easily obtained in Bounty Hunter's Guild.

So these recipe boxes end up stockpiling up because most people won't bother to open them to craft the weapons and accessories and they are hard to sell for profit because you can straight up buy better weapons at similar or lower cost, not to mention you can choose the exact weapon type you want in B.H.

How urgent is this?
Low: 1.5

How will it affect the economy:
It shouldn't have a noticeable effect on the economy if you just move the chance percents of these items to other common, but more useful items in the box. No one depends on selling these recipes for their income when they open these boxes.

Will it affect a core feature of the game?
Not at all.

If we approve it, what will happen?
It would feel slightly better to open these boxes without the chance of getting something absolutely useless.

If we decline it, what will happen?
Nothing.

When Andromida Lucky Boxes were introduced, community didn't progress anywhere as much as now.
Divine Weapons/Accessories were useful.

They are still part of Andromida Lucky Boxes for a rather stupid reason.
Whenever we improve something players ask for compensation. In some cases it is reasonable, in some cases it isn't.

In case of items that are used by donating, as in spending real money, such improvements can result in minority of players doing chargebacks of their donations because they feel cheated. Since we can't and won't compensate if we were to improve Andromida Lucky Boxes.

If the community believes there won't be any chargebacks then sure I'd be willing to improve the system based on this suggestion.

That seems slightly silly to me.

I don't think anyone expects any retroactive compensation if you were to remove these items in a future patch. The people that buy these boxes are probably regular buyers and improving the quality of the box in future purchases is a good thing.

I understand your concern but I give most players the benefit of the doubt that if something in the box slightly changes (removal of an unwanted item) they would approve of the change and understand there are no refunds or compensation for past purchases.

I would only expect players to be upset and expecting compensation if you added something high value into the box and players had already opened their monthly quota. That's not what I'm asking.

The current month has just started so for this month it's out of question. Next month is a possibility.
I'd be glad if more players give their opinion on this case and feedback in form of what items to replace them with also doesn't hurt.

The vast majority of players would completly agree with you and so do I personally, yet there is a small percentage of players that has given us troubles over such changes again and again. I'm just voicing a concern so players understand why this suggestion doesn't get accepted and implemented right away.

Suggestion link has been shared on Discord asking players to read this thread.
I will revisit it next week and will work out improvements so we can deliver them with next reset of Andromida Lucky Box purchases (09/2020).

I don't mind having Divine accessories as part of the Andro boxes, its a good source of achievement points as well as dazzling crystals for making end-game accessories. I'd rather keep the divine accessory boxes there and replace the weapons instead. The accessories are still beneficial but the weapons are just iffy at best.

I have received some feedback about this on Discord as well. Players pretty much agree with what Valerhia has posted.
As a result we will remove "Divine Weapon Recipe Box" and add "Mercenary License" instead, which has an intrinsic value due to it's price on Feso Shop.
This change will be implemented with maintenance on 04.08.2020. Documentation is already available.

Suggestion thread will be revisited before end of month to check about "Divine Accessory Recipe Box" again.
