[Answered] I didn't get domingo's pioneer journal despite completing the scenario

This is my 2nd account to test the reward system, I found out that both my account didn't get a reward despite finishing reboldoeux scenario questline. The screenshot I've uploaded is an example from this account. I did get New june journal - normal/booster but I got them from Maria not lyndon or the pioneering officer. I've read the thread several time and I found out, my first account didn't get several reward for finishing the quests line when the update came around. Am I missing some requirement here? do i still need to reach level family 50 to claim the reward?

Thank you for the answer that solved the problem, but I have a question to my first account. I have finished bahama and errac quest back in 12/09/2020 and 16/09/2020 with my first account and an update came around in 2021 (https://granado-espada.to/index.php?threads/u-t-d-scenario-pioneer-journals-family-lvl-rewards.952/) that added new reward, my question is, is there a way to get that new reward? or am I just stuck with what was given back at Sept 2020? The reward I was referring to is 3x Veteran Character Card Summon Stone, one from Bahama (1st) and two from Errac.
