Best choice from event collection character summon (shooter)?

Hi there, does anyone know what's the best choice from the shooter version of the event collection character summon?

Here are the current list as of today:

Sesil
Jane
Cadet Leonele
Juliana
Jaina
Banshee Natalie
Daisy
Hermes
Mercenary Calyce
Misa
Sergeant Barrol
Moon
Cadet Romina
Resistance Caisse
Code Name T
Meister Lorch
Christina

I have read the other threads saying Sergeant Barrol is a top choice but those are posted last year/Jan so don't know if anything has changed. Also I would prefer to get a female character.
I don't care about pvp at all so this is strictly for pve going through quests and missions and whatnot.
The other thread from last year says Cadet Romina is second below Barrol but the Jan 23 tier post says she's only B+ for questing?

This character will mainly be my 2nd char along with my fighter/melee and emilia/scout to be used for clearing main quests and unlocking other chars if that matters.

If you coming from Steam, you in the wrong forum lol but whatever the case, I’d recommend you to get Meister Lorch... Romina is support for shooter, so you can try to get both
