"Best" options on each C.C. Summon Stones

What could be the best options within each level at the moment in the Character Card Summon Stones (Veteran - Expert - Master - High Master)?

* If it is possible to take into account the next characters to reach the server it would be good.

Me newb , me to know, i am stupid, nahh but seriously it should be a sticky one brief explanation about this, because i for one, dont know what is what, so anyone like to share .-.?

im a new guy as well~
but so far from what ive gathered from other people
Vet Stone : Mifuyu/Asoka is a good pick
not sure on the rest but i heard that Chungha is OP as hell
so if shes a choice its probly a good one.
