Hello!

We are looking for players who are willing to help us find the cause of certain maps crashing from time to time.
What is exactly happening? The game server will recognize that something is wrong on certain maps and all players on maps will be disconnected.
After 60 seconds have passed, the game server has restarted the maps and players can login/warp back to maps that previously crashed.

Mostly following maps are affected from crashing: Cite de Reboldoeux, The Port of Coimbra, City of Auch, Armonia
Players will receive message "The server is closed" after trying to relog if the 60 seconds haven't passed yet.
This error will also show up if players try to warp form a working map to a crashed map.

We still don't know what is causing this crash, the game server doesn't give any actual error we can work with.
We are pretty sure the cause is a certain action that a player is taking while being on one of these maps.

This could be using a certain item, skill, character, etc.
We invite players to help us finding this. Player who finds the cause will be awarded with 10.000 Andromida Token.

Please contact us on Discord and show instructions and/or screenshots how you can crash those maps.

I think this happens when you open the stones of the call of armor or weapons. my client often breaks at this moment.

We got many drops in 12 floor of CT when start fight with boss.

my opinion is when tto many ppl log in the map and then left afk in initials point so there are more 3 or 4 family in the same place

quite common on RO p.servers

Im not sure if the crash cause by this, but in ge steam, we are facing swam of botters and cheaters. Some of them using this software:

This cause extraordinary lag, crash, even cause reset CB.
Im not using it but received many complaints about this.
Hope we can explore more about the crash issue

i found bug what close server on armonia



server closed exactly when i enhance strata hammer to +5, i push OK and BANG!!! server closed... and game freeze on this screen

I asked my bf and he say, this errors is triggered from some in game events when need some info from server because database server(sql or somewhat) have time out or is too slow or lost comunication. Problem is from hosting company

No, any popular city map can be affected.
Your best bet is to use a town map that has almost no players, for example Ustiur or Castilla.

in prurio it usually crashes when our faction is preparing to go in to the prurio defense raid. so many people changing to acclax3 or acclax2 and cano. it usually takes a while so we have the room open waiting for everyone and it crashes while im in the room. not sure at what time on the room though

Your best bet is to use a town map that has almost no players, for example Ustiur or Castilla.

Temporarily disable NPC functions in one city one by one until the problem in that city disappears. This will help you find the problematic NPC.

I don't know if you already found a fix for this , since this is an older post. But i have a hunch on what the issue is. Today, I'm pretty sure i was in Armonia cathedral alone, i used a 15 day event quest warp licence to warp into a different zone and the Armonia cathedral zone restarted on me. So what I think is happening is the following: When a player warps outside of the zone X (not sure if the method I used or all warping), the game correctly states "You are moving to XY". The game then spawns a phantom of the player character into the XY zone but fails to load/'delete" the actual player. The game is then stuck with two of the same player and is forced to restart the previous instance where the original player started from.
Keep in mind , i've no evidence to support this , it's just a long time gamers hunch. I've noticed this occuring dozens of times when warping , mostly using the quest warp.
