I have followed everything in the troubleshooting but the last part with a URL with to get the file that you're missing does nothing when I put in the correct file number as it says. For reference the error says "68.zip Fail to download, please try again. (1124)" when it tries to patch in the game client.
Edit: turns out using the files from the troubleshooting causes an issue the file seem to be outdated compared to the one in the the game. replaced with the ones it came with and now it works.
