after the latest maintenance my client doesn't update it starts directly and after i login it doesn't enter the barracks whats the solution

Please tell me what file you are starting. This is a typical issue when you skip patching and start the game directly instead.
Make sure to start "...\Game\Granado Espada.exe". If you downloaded the game while we still had beta, I suggest you re-download the client.
That way you get a fresh game client.

What does the Patcher show you then? If the patcher doesn't update there surely must be an error message.

on another pc the game run normaly but i cant see the new changes

i managed to fix the problem by editing the revision.txt to 6252 and the letting the client to redownload the latest file but since yesterday i am experiencing a lot of lag the game is unplayable i get disconected a lot and it takes seconds to respond to comands even though i dont have problems with my connection

I am afraid you are our only player with such issues.
Some players do have minor lags due to their distance to the server. May I know what country you are from?
Are you playing by using a VPN?
