characters are not displayed correctly

Client downloaded from a torrent. After starting the game, all the characters are frozen dummies. Animation of movement and actions is not displayed.
loot is also not displayed

How do I fix this?

This means that your game is missing the file "...\game\ge\animation.ipf" or that the file is corrupted.
Please check if you have delete/moved the file by accident.

If nothing else helps, please redownload the game client from another source.
