Hello,
I know I said this before and was shut down but I still think there is an issue here.
Before the 5 essences per monster drop change, I spent around 12 hours there farming and would consistently get 30-45 essences per hour.
After the change, since monsters drop 5 essences, I would get 200-300 per hour (and I spent around 22-23 hours there consistently having these rates - lowest I got was 150, highest was 325, I keep count)
Since the 26.01 maint, the highest number I got per hour was 55. Lowest was 25. I've spent 15 hours there and the average per hour is back to 40 (with monsters dropping 5 pieces).
I think this cannot be linked to RNG, as that would mean 1 bad hour, or 2, but would also mean good hours as per my previous experiences.
Maybe it is just a bug (like with monsters taking no damage, not spawning, etc.) and next maint's restart will solve it.
Note, the Giga material drop rate seems to be the same as before, if not somewhat increased (but i did not keep track of these as they don't interest me).
I hope you can look into this and the rates go back to the usual.
Thanks for all the great work.
