[Community Vote] Raid/World Boss Time

Hello everybody!

Now that we have passed about 40 days since server launch it is time to approach a rather hot topic.
Since we have players from all over the world it is impossible for majority of players to participate in World Bosses due to their spawn time.

From what I could see on files ALL world bosses spawn at 20:00 GMT/UTC+0. Please correct me if I am mistaken.
We believe changing the spawn times from 20:00 to another time will just move the disadvantage from one part of community to another, this won't make anyone happy.

Instead we would like to suggest a different approach which has been mentioned by two players on Discord:
The spawn time of world bosses will be distributed into categories. Those categories will be cover majority of the 24 hours per day.
Example: 1 World Boss at 06:00, 1 World Boss at 12:00, 1 World Boss at 18:00.

Important: Increasing the spawn amounts of world bosses is not up for discussion, this is only about moving the existing spawntimes.

Community demographics, current setting of 20:00 favors only European players.
25% are from Russia
40% are from South East Asia
20% are from Europe
15% are from North America+South America

There is 2 a Day, sometimes even just 1 and Sunday has 0. always at 19.00 and 20.00

i like the idea. might give other factions a chance to get some of the loot too instead of one faction owning all of the bosses more or less. the strong must sleep eventually. i can make the 20:00 time easily in US but dont mind them being spread out

I don't think that keeping it as it is now is even an option. In the Americas they resp either at 15:00/16:00 or 12:00/13:00 - times when everyone is at work during ordinate times. In SEA and certain parts of Russia it would be around 03:00/04:00, if I am correct - when everyone is asleep (& around 22:00/23:00 Moscow time). In reality, once people get back to their lives, around 65% will not have an opportunity to participate in this feature of the game.

So the only question that we have here is what times work best for every major region and how to allocate bosses, considering how few of them are there. Adding more bosses or make them resp more often would have a huge impact on economy, while 3 bosses a day makes it impossible to have WB 5 days a week.

Well, no one is saying to make both bosses at 06:00 for European players. EU+European part of Russia would account for roughly 1/3 of the players. However, currently the 2/3 are missing out on WB, which is a far greater number.

In my opinion, the best approach is to provide consistentency. Such way has proven to be most effective in every industry. Providing two times - neutral for each major group of demographics - might be the best option in terms of consistency.

i feel like changing things on a weekly basis will have dian switching the time every week. better to keep same times for same bosses every week i think. jsut spread them out so everyone in any time zone can make it to at least 1 a week

I had a look at this today, the easiest approach is to implement a rotation on weekly basis.

All raid bosses will spawn at the same time of the day troughout the week, just like it is by default.
Every week with maintenance the time will change and we will rotate between three times in total.

Week 1: 03:00 & 04:00 GMT/UTC+0 > For players in North & South America
Week 2: 11:00 & 12:00 GMT/UTC+0 > For players in Russia & Asia & Australia
Week 3: 19:00 & 20:00 GMT/UTC+0 > For players in Russia & Europe

Rinse and repeat. Please give feedback on the suggested times.
