No you don't have to use cash shop to get this item.
It can be obtained from trading with other players or Ancient Magic Merchant for example.
Suggestion has been declined, I don't want "Principal Liquor" or "Triumph Liquor" on Feso Shop.
That would crash their price and make existing sources completly useless.

You mentioned before all the items in GE can be obtained through farming or in game contents.
Yeah now, well u can trade with other players..
This server has become pay 2 win too much.
If you think the server has become pay2win then you are free to join another server like SeaGE which of course isn't pay2win.
Now in all seriousness: Items you have mentioned can be obtained from quests, achievements, trading (hence there is a constant amount available on Market Manager) and Ancient Magic Merchant. ALL those sources have nothing to do with cash shop. So how is any of this pay2win?
Im not sure about principle liquor 10h but i know triump liqour can be farm.
