Only for missions, cannot be used in open world.
1-3 months after launch should be fine.
If you are allowing alts, I might just use alts instead.

• Buff may or may not include old and new character buffs such as rio, bernelli, lorch, caisse, lionel etc
• It gets boring to do missions after a long time. Need a way to finish them faster.
• How urgent is this 4
• Will it affect the game economy? Faster missions = more missions = more supply
• Will it affect a core feature of the game? Faster Griding, rng still same.
• If we approve it, what will happen? Makes life easier.
• If we decline it, what will happen? Makes life harder.

Sorry but I don't understand what this suggestion is about.
In terms of alt usage, read our community rules, 2 accounts per player. Abusage (Using multiple alts) = permanent ban

I don't like the idea of adding buff items on top of what the game has to offer.
It throws the "balance" out of the window, so for now suggestion will be refused.
