And what about the players from North & South America? Current time is almost not acceptable for them, changing time like you suggest makes it unacceptable.
Please keep in mind this time is a compromise just like many other timers because we have players from all kind of timezones.
Here is some data so people may continue discussing.
25% are from Russia
40% are from South East Asia
20% are from Europe
15% are from North America+South America
We can gladly discuss a timer that is acceptable for everybody if someone suggests such a timer.
Personally I have failed to find a "better" timer then the existing one.
Earlier/later times will either mean that North/South American or South East Asian players wouldn't be able to participate at all.
