- I am suggesting to have the enchantment to be overhaul as to not sink the chip being used too much.
I'm not so sure if the rate of successful enchantment (ATK + Yellow stats) are following official server or not, but from my 1500 Vet chip sink, pretty sure the rate is somewhat similar to official. I understand that Vis/Feso sink is something that needs to be controlled, and I agree.
My testing indicates(With sedatives), be it from Vis or Feso does not actually beat the RNG; One can be very lucky and spend not more than 100 chip to get good stats, or 1000 to get descent stats, or 1000 to have none that can be considered good; that is just too much Vis + Feso + Chip + Time that has been wasted. - TL/DR; Chip RNG too bad, can we at the very least obtain Both ATK + Yellow with higher chance?

- Why is the idea good, which current problem does it fix, which mechanic does it improve?
- I believe the idea is good because it increase the chances of getting better stats on either both weapons and armors. Frustration of wasting Chip/Vis/Feso would be reduce.
- How urgent is this, rate 1-5 (1 = low, 5 = high)
- 1; not that urgent.
- Will it affect the game economy?
- Yes, in a positive way. If people know that better stats are easily obtainable, they would spend extra for Sedatives (Vis/Feso sink). Currently, most players enchant without even using any Sedatives.
- Will it affect a core feature of the game?
- No, feature will not be changed; Remains the same, only the percentage is increase significantly.
- If we approve it, what will happen?
- Better chances of obtaining good weapon & armor stats, more reason to make use of the sedatives.
- If we decline it, what will happen?
- Lots of chips being wasted relying on RNG of Enchantment, nobody will even bother to waste Vis/Feso/Token to buy sedatives.
