Hi Dian, due the chance to get those items are difficult because depending on the random hole spawning in Armonia, El Templo, Biego, Gloria, El Adio & El Soltado and it's barely to be seen also the hole only can be access by 1 family and it will randomly spawn again.

i tried to open 150 Madrid boxes and i got less than 4 fragments

I'm suggesting on below here :

1.the item can be require by purchased through mirjar npc

2.the item can be require by purchased through armonia npc by exchanging token of virtue 50 for 1 fragment?

3. the item can be require through kielch daily ( rewards by every 100 favor rate ) or Roullete ( Bloody Navy & Tigress )

Suggestion has been declined. Majority of artifact crafting materials for newer artifacts should remain rare and require active farming.
Changing the acquirement methods for these two materials would make the activity "Abyss Hole" pretty much useless.

1. Those artifact materials on Pioneering Merchant Mirjar are for weaker artifacts.
2. Basically the same thing as point 1.
3. Having this as a reward from Kielce or Kielce related missions doesn't fit regarding difficulty or theme.
