This would start a chain reaction since improving 1 out of 180? characters doesn't seem particulary fair.

T3fun's cadet radius on finisher is double the size of it here, I always thought that you decided to change that yourself. But I guess they will get the nerf eventually as well, which sucks because they always nerf characters that are good in favor of the new character and leave players with little options. Let's get this clear: Improving characters so many of them feel useful is a good and wishful thing to do.
This will happen trough means of version upgrade, since it effects a multitude of characters and not very few cherrypicked ones.
The current settings for Cadet Leonele is official from V32.28.87, what has been suggested from BlackCoffee are improvements from an even higher version.
