Are you suggesting for a pet that can buff ATK/ASPD and also Loot at the same time?
If you are, I can assure you this is a big No.

Besides, you have Mystic Liquor (10 Hours) that can be bought with 500 Shiny Crystal, and Shiny Crystal's are easily obtainable.

Declined for pretty obvious balancing issues.
No GE server ever had such a feature and never will. Also I'm pretty sure the engine doesn't even support this.
