Can we have a feature that cancels the quest? Iron Ore is hard to get on this server, If we choose shiny crystal route, you need to obtain 30 iron ores on castilla mines, it's like 3-4 days doing it (you need like 3-4 days to get that many). Some players may not be noticed about that and it's frustrating.

Suggestion has been declined. Canceling quests is a special mechanic that isn't available for every quest.
In general it is only available for repeatable quests and certain quests.
The amount of work required isn't worth it, furthermore two players have stated alternatives above.
