[DECLINED] Rings have name to which char belongs!

IMC sometimes things of something smart, and from Freya up on the rings writes to wich chars belongs.
Can be this implemented for all stance rings?

At the moment but we don't have time for this but the benefit is high and we will implement this after server launch once the majority of work is done.

Update: Takes way more effort than I anticipated, sorry work and benefit ratio don't seem right, refused.
