Disconnecting Regularly

Hi, I just got back to AGE a few days ago and I realize I keep disconnecting whenever I'm in the Ancient En Celar map, is that normal?

It's becoming more frequent... it's not just the dungeon its the server in general

Oh? I only have the one account. I re-downloaded the game and re-update it. But still disconnected. Is there some setting that I'm missing? like on my pc / internet setting?

I support, for the last 2 weeks there have been constant disconnects, it happens when loading missions, well, on simple locations and cesh locations You can find out the IP of the server in order to diagnose the stability of the connection (tracert / ping)
