feso costume missing

I purchased emerald summer costume for bernelli today but it didn't appear to my cabinet or inventory. I'm convinced that this time that my costume and feso are was really missing because last time not so long ago, i purchased wig and costume for bernelli but i only receive the hair. it means that i lost 400,000 feso for buying emerald summer costume twice but didn't receive them. please check it out.

what i want to happen now is I want to receive 1x emerald summer costume and 200,000 feso (growth stone, moonstone) refunded. thank you kindly.

Sorry to say this but no refunds, no matter the situation. I am quoting our community rules about this:
No refunds for donations or items bought from the store.
No refunds/compensations if you have problems with item shops because you didn't patch game after maintenance.

Body costumes are 1M Feso, head costumes are 500k Feso. I just bought both on our server without any problems.
Make sure that your game client is up to date by using the patcher. If your game client is up to date and this problem occured you are using a beta client. Re-download the game to make sure you are using a working game client.
