Issue: Incorrect skill tooltip description for [Frozen Charging] mechanic.

• Skill tooltip descriptions have the following description:
  "With skill accuracy, Caster's [Flame Charging] Lv.+1"
  "With skill accuracy in [Frozen Charging] Lv.2 state to enemy PC, 100% chance of [Ice Magic]"
  • [Flame Charging] should be [Frozen Charging]
  • Affected skills:
    • [Freeze Over Stance] Frozen Road
    • [Freeze Over Stance] Glacial Crown

Steps to reproduce:

1. Include Becky in Main team.
2. Use skills [Freeze Over Stance] Frozen Road, [Freeze Over Stance] Glacial Crown on enemies and confirm successful hit.
3. Observe Character Buffs
   • Observed Result:
     • On successful skill hit, Caster receives buff [Frozen Charging] Lv.+1

Thanks for the report, ironically this issue still exists on V32, you can check it out here.
Doesn't matter for us, I have corrected it, will be part of next maintenance.

As for the skill/buff mechanic itself it is working like it should.
When using one of those two skills, the initial buff level gets set from 0 to 1.
If you these one of those two skills again, the buff level gets increased from 1 to 2.
If you use one of the two skills again while buff level is 2, status "Ice Magic" gets applied and buff level is reset to 0.
