[FIXED]CoA - Incorrect Tooltip description for Lv.10 [Esparu]

Issue: [CoA] Job Skill [Esparu] Lv.10 has incorrect tooltip description for DR

Steps to reproduce:

1. Include [CoA] in team
2. Observe DR
3. Use job skill Lv.10 [Esparu]
4. Observe Tooltip
5. Observe DR

Observed Results:

• Lv10. [Esparu] Tooltip is as follows:
  • [Snake's Tooth][Lv10]
    D.R. +1
    Move SPD limit +20%
    Move SPD +10%
    Skill damage decreases in proportion to Move SPD,
    In normal attack, [Paralysis Poison] applies to enemy in a certain chance
• DR +1 is observed in tooltip; no increase in DR is observed.
  • Before Buff
    • 
  • After Buff
    • 

Expected Results:

• Lv10. [Esparu] Tooltip is as follows:
  • Duration: 300 Sec.
    Move SPD+10%
    Exceeds Move SPD limit by 20%
    In normal attack, [Paralysis Poison]'s Lv +1
    Skill Damage declines in proportion to Move SPD.

Problem has been corrected, the text description is incorrect.
Only Level 11 and higher are supposed to give DR+1.
