[FIXED]Strange Faction withdrawal bug (note: still in same faction)

This started appearing after there was a purge in the faction i'm (still currently) in. This has also happened to people in the same faction so my question is, how did this happen and is there any way to fix this? I can still use Alt + T to see the faction information, but i can't use Alt + Y to see the members currently online or any new memos made.

First of all, please relog, not just going to barracks but a complete relog.
We will also need your family name and Faction name please.

1. What happens if you press ALT+T? Please show a screenshot if any window opens.
2. What happens if you press ALT+Y? Please show a screenshot if any window opens.

if by "complete relog" you mean restarting the game, I already tried that, gave me the same thing and in fact i just recently did it again just to test and still having the same issue. Alt + T works as normal and Alt + Y gives me what i showed in the first screenshot. But i'll send another one as an update.

Thanks for the quick reply, we have checked the database values for your account.
We don't quite understand how this could have happened, we can only say it has happened today.
Which is quite strange since there hasn't been a maintenance or a change in database by us.

Anyways, the issue will should be fixed with next maintenance on 08.12.2020.
Please tell me if it still isn't fixed, so we can take care of it manually. Sorry for the issue.
