Hello! In this thread we will talk about multiple solutions players can apply to solve connection problems when playing.
Before you continue, please read the first two posts of this forum thread.

Please try the programs in the order below:

Program "Mudfish"
This program optimizes the routing (sending/receiving) of data between your computer and the datacenter a game is located at.

• The program isn't free but very cheap, you only pay when you actually use it. To be exact you pay per traffic.
• There is no free trial.
• You can use this program for other games and programs you use as well.

We have players from South East Asia who use this program and reduced their ping so they can play without zero to minor lag.

Guide
1. Go to their website and register an account: https://mudfish.net/
2. Confirm the account registration by checking the e-mail inbox you have used.

6. Once you have started Mudfish, click "Item" on top of the site and choose Tab "Game".


7. Scroll down the list until you see the entry "Granado Espada" and click on it.


8. You keep the Checkbox "On" at "Auto Refresh" active.
At "Server Location" you choose "Europe (Germany)".
The remaining settings will be kept default, click "Equip the item".


9. You will be redirected to the default site of Mudfish. You can now see an item called "Granado Espada" with Server Location "Europe (Germany)".
Left of it, you can click "Connect" so the connection will be activated and the optimal route between your computer and our datacenter gets established.

This may take a few minutes, you can see the progress here:


Wait for it to finish and then you can start playing! Have fun!

Program "WTFast"
This program optimizes the routing (sending/receiving) of data between your computer and the datacenter a game is located at.

• The program isn't free and quite expensive at 9,99 USD/month, only use it if money doesn't matter.
• There is a 7 days free trial, you can use it to check how much the program helps.
• You can use this program for other games and programs you use as well.

We have players from North America and South East Asia who use this program and reduced their ping so they can play without zero to minor lag.

Guide
1. Go to their website and register an account: https://secure.wtfast.com/en/Subscription/Index/trial
2. We suggest you choose the monthly method, make sure the checkbox "Try WTFast for free for 7 days. You will not be charged until..." is activated.
3. In order to use the free trial you must add an payment option but you won't be charged.

4. The installation is very easy, wait for it to finish and start the program.

5. After you logged in, type in "Granado Espada" at the "Quick find" searchbar.
6. Choose "Granado Espada Europe" from the results and click "Connect" on the top right.


7. The program will show you following message, now start the game.
WTFast will have finished the optimization after 2-3 minutes and you can see the improvements.

Program "Pingzapper"
This program optimizes the routing (sending/receiving) of data between your computer and the datacenter a game is located at.

• The program isn't free but very cheap, you only pay when you actually use it. To be exact you pay per traffic.
• There is a 7 days free trial if you have a Steam account, you can use it to check how much the program helps.
• You can use this program for other games and programs you use as well.

We currently don't have feedback from players regarding this program. I have tested it myself though and the results were decent.

2. Confirm the account registration by checking the e-mail inbox you have used.
3. Activate the 7 day free trial by linking your pingzapper and Steam Account: https://pingzapper.com/account
4. Download the newest version here: https://pingzapper.com/download
5. The installation is very easy, wait for it to finish and start the program.

6. Open the Tab "Games" and click on the + symbol, then click "Add Custom Game".


7. Type in a game name, best is "Granado Espada Andromida".
In the field "Main game file", you browse to your game folder and select "...\release\ge.exe". Keep the Network Type checked at "TCP".

8. Keep the checkbox "Automatic" activated and choose Tunnel "Europe", then click Finish.


9. Click the slider on top of the main window to enable the program, have fun playing!

Program "Proxifier"
This program is a SOCKS and HTTPS proxy client.

• The program isn't free but very cheap, you only pay when you actually use it. To be exact you pay per traffic.
• There is a 31 days free trial, You can use a key below at your own risk, then you don't have to use pay for the program.
• You can use this program for other games and programs you use as well.

We have players from South East Asia who use this program and reduced their ping so they can play without zero to minor lag.

Guide
1. Download the newest version here, you don't have to register an account: http://proxifier.com/download/ProxifierSetup.exe
2. The installation is very easy, wait for it to finish and start the program. Click "Enter Registration Key"


3. Type in any text at "Your name or company name".
Enter one of these registration keys and press "OK":

4. Click on menu "Profile" and choose "Proxy Servers". Next click "Add...".
In the window "Proxy Server" you must always add an adress, port and choose a protocol.

5. Following message will show up which you answer with "Yes": Do you want Profixier to use this proxy by default?
6. Click "OK" on the window "Proxy Servers", you will be redirected back to the main window.

Program "Exitlag"
This program optimizes the routing (sending/receiving) of data between your computer and the datacenter a game is located at.

• The program isn't free, the price is average at 6,50 USD/month.
• There is a 3 days free trial, you can use it to check how much the program helps.
• You can use this program for other games and programs you use as well.

We have players from North America and South East Asia who use this program and reduced their ping so they can play without zero to minor lag.

2. The trial will be automatically activated, you don't have to add any payment credentials.
2. Confirm the account registration by checking the e-mail inbox you have used.
3. Download the newest version here: https://www.exitlag.com/en/download
4. The installation is very easy, wait for it to finish and start the program. In some cases restarting your computer is required.

5. Login and switch to Tab "Home". On the left side at the searchbar enter "Granado Espada".
6. Choose "Europe" as the Game region and set TCP routes to 2 and UDP routes to 2.


7. Wait for possible routes to show up and choose the one at top of the list. If no routes are shown, click on "Update".
8. Click on "Apply Routes", this may take up to 1 minute. Have fun playing!

Program "ProtonVPN"
This is probably the best VPN software available currently. It helps choosing the best route from your computer to our servers.

• The program is free and even the premium version can be used for free permanently.
• Simply create a new ProtonMail account every 7 days to keep using the premium version.
• You can use this program for other games and programs you use as well.

I am personally using this program both for professional cases and for gaming.

7. Choose a server in "United Kingdom", "Germany" or "Netherlands".
