The only way to get quest item "Whisper of Devil" now is farm from monsters, but since the drop rate is extremely low and need a lot this item, can we just make this buyable in FESO shop?

I know this thread is posted in September 2022, and I agree with u0928980333. As it is immensely challenging to get this item. I even farmed for it and had no joy getting this material.
Literally spend 3 days going around in the map to get the item and defeated elite mobs and the drops didn't give me the "Whisper of Devil".
It would be nice to have this Item in what form is available"

I understand what you're saying. However this isn't just for Cano. I am doing a quest for Vincent sub quest where I am going into Los toldos area. And I have to give materials. Only one is remaining As I mentioned.
It's not always about getting what is easy available in the Feso shop. Sometimes They're players who want to mainly complete the quest and enjoy it.
Probably it's doesn't make sense, cose u can buy a stance from shop,so don't waste time,like for example, Catherine parts need for main scenario, but Vincent stance don't need for anything
If They're Available from the shop. I wouldn't hesitate at all buying them. But the ridiculous thing is that Player's who the materials are selling it off the price. E.g. I know they're making they're money etc. But it's expensive too for example for Veronif you need 30 Iron Ore and it comes up to 140 mil vis.
I got the Iron Ore for Veronif and sadly had to pay 120 Mil Vis for it. Devil Whisper is on the market too for 4 Mil each.
It is expensive, but if you have enough vis then buy it. I had no choice.
I did the mine and didn't even get 20 Iron Ore. Because there's no guidance. Anyways I managed to get my quest for Veronif completed.
