Rank7: 20x Karin
Daily Quests: 20 activity recovery per quest up to 10x = 2 Karin daily 0-30-60x monthly
Optional Bh+Bhh= 300x tokens = 1 Karin daily, 0-30-60x monthly
Castilla Tower of Chaos = 0-3 Karin daily, I get daily 1-2 average. 0-90x monthly

Total of 20k Activity~ real value changes according to tokens dropped.

im not a fan of mass grind like this, but i can give a tiny info: if u train in ancient el cellar, about 4h will make u full activity point.

Also dailies restore some points and some can be done quick or with few effort.
