Movement mouse freezes screen in game!

hi pionners, im new in GE, i want to start in the server but i got some trouble with the game performance, , when i move fast the mouse, even in windows or fullscreen i get some lagg spikes and freezes screen , is really annoying, every timne i get mouse movement the screen suffers freese :s can anyone help me with that?

setup:

amd Ryzen 3700x
32gb ram ddr4 3600
GTX 1070 8gb
SSD mve 2000 mbps

is the only game what get some such kind of trouble, is really strange, in anothers GE what i was played, like Steam version or the latest close RGE, and no get this problem, srry for my bad english, and thanks

it's nvidia driver issue as stated from official kGE here
the solution is to use some older driver like v457.51

Fortunatelly i found a fix without touch the drivers guys! and is working fine and no drops fps:
