My wings has disappear

Last week when you had server problems i eas using 90 days wings and when server start to work my wings was disappear there was still 27 days more for using that days

i didnt say nothing because i had new wing to open ..today i opened a box 7 days wings and wings never came then i opened wings box 30 days and nothing, wings never
came ..i dont want disturb bur please could check this?.

Hello!

I have never heard of such an issue before, items don't just disappear. They are either dropped/sold/traded/deleted by player, but never just disappearing.
Same goes for opening new wings. Have you checked your premium inventory and your cabinet already?

We will also need at least the name of the Wing Boxes / Wings you have opened so we can investigate this.
