[NEWS]Current Issues & Emergency Maintenance

Hello!

Since the amount of players has once again increased within the last week players are experiencing connection and map issues.
Most players will experience such problems since last maintenance on 01.05.2020.

Solving these problems consists of two parts:
A - Server Restart (Maintenance)
B - Server Upgrade

It seems the situation has become so unbearable that we don't to let players wait until the next regular maintenance on 08.05.2020.
As a result we will do an emergency maintenace today at 09:30 GMT+0 server time. It will just be a server restart, there will not be a patch.

The maintenance duration will be about 15 minutes. More information about server upgrade will be available later.

The maintenance was finished after 20 minutes. The server restart was successful.

Changelog 05.05.2020

• Following problems have been solved:
  • Warping to certain maps like "Ustiur, the Farm" or "Bahama, Base Camp" caused players to disconnect.
  • Certain maps (zones) crashed at random times and we had to restart them manually.
    • Server now has automatic restart for maps (zones) that crash, maps will be available after 1 minute again.
  • Character Rotation didn't work until this maintenance, has been corrected.
  • Pioneer Merchant Purchase Points weren't available, players had 0 points even after monthly reset, has been corrected.
