We would like to inform players that at 19:04 GMT/UTC+0 the servers went offline for unknown reasons.
As far as we know the company that is running the datacenter (game servers are part of datacenter) is having issues.

We are very sorry about this inconvenience, as soon as the datacenter problems are solved, the server will be available again.
Players who want to real-time information are kindly asked to join Discord.

Update: 2 of 3 servers are online again, we are still in contact with the hosting company.
As soon as the 3rd server is online, game will work again.

We are happy to announce that the game is available again since 30.06.2020 16:30 GMT/UTC+0.
Please take note that our scheduled maintenance today at 18:00 GMT/UTC+0 will take place.

Furthermore there will be compensation available for the downtime.
Players can talk to NPC "Andromida Token Merchant" and choose dialogue option "Refund Shop".
Compensation can be claimed from 30.06.2020 18:00 until 07.07.2020 18:00 GMT/UTC+0.

Compensation (You need to pay 1x Shiny Crystal for each compensated item).

Update 01.07.2020: We are aware that the purchase limits for the Refund Shop have been reset with this new Month.
There is no technical way to prevent this and players already reported this.
We don't see much of a problem with this since we will remove the compensation items from the shop with next maintenance.
