Sorry I am not sure if I understand your question. The open beta will remain until 08.04.2020 16:00, then the server will go offline for maintenance.
The client (new client/patch) will be available before launch, most likely today or tomorrow.

Appreciate if you could do a google drive DL option

We have stated that the server launch will be between 05.04.2020 and 12.04.2020.
The final client is finished and I am currently uploading it, it will be available before server launch (whenever that will be).

Kindly refer to the above. As mentioned they are still uploading the Final Client. Please be patience, as i am too waiting for it.

Yes you will have to redownload. The final client will probably be about 500MB smaller though.
Update: Players will be able to continue with current client by patching it.
