I'd suggest putting it in the exchange shop in coimbra or/and feso shop.
Due to the low popularity of CT, finishing the quest on your own is impossible. Here the stance book is quite accessible. But it requires energy cores which you can't craft without finishing the quest.
The price can be more than the workshop: maybe 5 Platinum bars + 2000 otite pieces.

I agree on the petition, even on officals getting viki expert stance to work is hard, because only way to get energy cores is doing CT and nowadays almost nobody does CT, so there is not source to get em, plus Viki stance needs a lot to work
