I saved my clique battle points for that heart of selene artifact (40,000) points. But I realized that 50 EJ is too much for those 40k points artifacts.
Getting one needs 100 peace tokens which is around 5-8m from players (that's already 500 to 800m) + the moon pieces and essences.
30 EJ might be better and fair to be honest
