PVE: Miho / Miha

Related to Miha and Miho, but more specific to Miho since she is long range, to allow them to active Fox Form without hitting a mob.
Fox Form only does minimum damage, 160% at level 10, and is more a pain to use the character since:

• you struggle to get beads
• beads have an short spam since in 30 seconds
• you need to be pretty close to a mob, on raids is just to dangerous

In the current setting, I would see Fox Form work only if the mob would get stunned/fear from the moment of launching the skill. In this case it gives a pain (getting closer and getting hit until skill launch) and gain (change to fox form and stun/fear mob) scenario.

Miha is a close combat character so he will, almost all time, have a mob close. But with this requests, it just makes Miho barrack meat.
