"Requiem: the End" quest: can't trigger quest dialogue

Hi!
In El Agio, I triggered a dialogue on F3, which informed me that way is blocked and I need to look for blue ore. I got a quest "You must find the clues to release the shield. (Look at around Blue Armonium Ore".
I have some blue ore in my inv, and I ran around EL Adio, but I can't trigger any dialogue any more. Does anyone know what to do? Help, please.

Update: got it, just needed to run to K7 . Starstorm guide is a bit incomplete here.
