Why Scavenger is so weak compared to official server? How come his revamp with 200% + *6% STR scaling was avoided for years? He also shoud be able to selfbuff from job skill by using it on ground. It's realy sad to see one of the best burst dpsers in game in such bad state.

You do realise Scav. deals the most damage out of all the melee characters in the game, don't you? Even before the buff and the subsequent nerf, he was a bad motherfucker , to be reckoned with.
