I tried URBAN VPN. It didn't work then I tried Proton VPN it said connection completed ! Waiting for the response.. But the response never come

Actually not, the team is waiting for the delivery of a new server to host the game and the connection is currently restricted so you can only enter the game if you use VPN and connect through Russia/German IPs to bypass it or wait until the change is complete and play it right.
