I Have problems with Sharif recruitment quest. I've finished all previous quests. But it seem like He doesnt give me the next quest for his recruitment

He says "Bring me the bombshell piece". But I dont have that quest on my List

I was on the map like 3 hours, but monsters doesn't drop the item
