We would like to remind everybody of following rule: Maximum of 2 accounts per person are allowed, this includes website accounts.
We had a small group of people who thought they were clever by using VPN and trying to bypass this rule. They tried to create up to 12 accounts per person.

Each city has sellers for A. Token. Alt + Z will open the map and the list of the NPC. Click on the desired NPC, and it will be marked on the map.
