State of the server for returning player vs GESteam - characters and players

Hi,

GE scratches that itch of having something in the background while I work (autohunting for quests) while also being a great mmo so I want to return to it.
However, I don't know where to return to GESteam official or here.

CAn you tell me what is the state of this server? Eg
1. Where will it be easier to obtain character cards without spending real life money - here or on GESteam?
2. Where will I have a chance at a party to do raids and other things - here or GESteam?
3. How important it is to min/max things here. EG. can I get away with having characters I like or people will just refuse me if I don't follow the meta?

с каждым обновлением админ намекает что играть сздесь невозможно идни вылеты после миссий и до миссий и вообще непонятные не доконченные квэсты не пройти
дажэ после санкций донат отменили типа вам денег не надо(н):подкрадывается::подкрадывается::подкрадывается::подкрадывается:
