What I Use :
Char : Crusader Daria , Viki, Moon. = 150%
HPR : 100%
Total should be 250%.
But in Miho,
the buff only say 150%.

your rotatio posted is the one from last week, only your viki is in rotation atm. with would conclude 50% +100% from HPR means 150%.
