I followed the exact instructions in the guide but my quest just does't trigger and my characters don't say anything.
I also watched a video which said to kill the amounts said in the elevator then the boss each time, it took me 2 hours to complete yet still Ionly got access to Truman's Secret Lab with no quest updating. Can anyone help?

Sorry can you record a video of how your quest is not trigger?

Your character should say when they reach the entrance of certain floor, repeat when they finished talking 3 times that can give you more infor about Truman's whereabout
