1. In case you are talking about cash shop: Because we don't want Stance Manuals on cash shop, this isn't part of our philosophy for the game.
2. In case you are talking about feso shop: Same answer as for point 1.

I see, well considering how "weak" the stance is nowadays, I don't understand why it is still that rare on official servers.
As for my previous answer, I just wanted to give an insight to everybody reading this so players understand how we approach matters.
